Partnership proposal for Aave

Let users bid for withdrawal priority instead of leaving it to bots.

Sooner adds a priority withdrawal queue when an asset in an Aave market reaches 100% utilization. Depositors choose how much to withdraw and the fee they are willing to pay. When liquidity returns, our MEV infrastructure submits the next queued withdrawal before competing bots can take it. This gives depositors access to an execution edge that normally requires automated trading infrastructure.

TL;DR

Sooner is a non-custodial withdrawal service built around signed 1inch limit orders. The order fixes the depositor's payout and stays in their wallet until it fills. Sooner ranks waiting orders by fee. We monitor available liquidity and execute the highest-priority order when a withdrawal becomes possible.

How Sooner works

  1. 01

The depositor signs an exit order

They choose how much to withdraw and the fee to offer. The 1inch order shows the exact payout before they sign. Their aTokens stay in their wallet, and they can cancel while the order is waiting.

  2. 02

    Sooner ranks orders by fee

A higher fee receives priority over a lower fee, regardless of when each order arrived. Depositors who need the money sooner can offer more; those willing to wait can offer less.

  3. 03

    We execute when liquidity returns

A repayment or deposit makes a withdrawal possible. Our infrastructure submits the next order in the same block. The 1inch fill pays the depositor, and Sooner atomically redeems the aTokens to settle the withdrawal. If any step fails, the transaction reverts.

Why the MEV infrastructure matters

At 100% utilization, new liquidity can disappear in the block it returns. Our infrastructure monitors Aave markets and transaction flow across EVM chains. The next order is staged before liquidity returns, which lets us submit immediately and repeatedly land ahead of competing bots. The same infrastructure has returned more than $1,000,000 to depositors in frozen Euler vaults.

How the Aave pilot would work

We add all Aave markets on EVM chains to Sooner and track them continuously. When an asset reaches 100% utilization, we open a queue for it and accept signed withdrawal orders. Sooner handles the engineering and operates the execution service. No Aave contract or app changes are needed for the pilot.

Partnership request

We would like Aave to co-announce the pilot and help affected depositors find Sooner. We will add support for every Aave EVM market and operate it ourselves, with no other work required from Aave at launch. If the pilot is useful, we can discuss a direct interface integration later.
